cheerleading Cheer Team Mission:

Our Mission as Hawk Cheerleaders is to work as a team to overcome challenges to further increase our love and desire to encourage and uplift each other, the team, and other around us. With self-worth and discipline, we strive to achieve pride, confidence, and a positive reputation for homeschoolers and homeschooling. We also try to enhance our skills through self and team motivation to create unity. Getting along with each other to build our team to together. With the efforts of everyone on the team, we willl work as a unit by respecting, and listening to each member of our team within the context of differing levels of experience, abilities, and personalities.

Hawks Cheerleaders Moto: We are more than Cheerleaders, We are encouragers and role models.

We learn cheers, Chants, dance routines, stunting. We cheer at the games, and we try to do one competition a year. We promote leadership, team work, community service, and encouragement. have workshops for younger girls and mentor them to become the next Hawks Cheer team.

At cheer camp this past summer we have won UCA 2008 most improved squad. 2 superior awards for cheer, 1 superior and 1 excellent for extreme routine. And we won our spirit stick with 3 superior awards.

Cheerleading

Cheer team requirements:
age 14 -18 (9th -12th grade) Boys or Girls
Practice every monday 6:00 - 8:30
We cheer for Boys Varsity Basketball

Cost: $90.00 FHE athlectic fee
includes: uniform (skrit, shell, bloomers, undertop, socks) and year end award

Optional: Additional uniform fee $75.00
includes: windsuit, team tee shirt

Shoes $40.00 or you wear any all white cheer shoe of your choice.

Pep team requirments:
age 12-18 boys or Girls
Practice once a month on monday nights 6:00 - 7:30pm.

Cost: $90 FHE fee
includes: Team shrit, mega phone, fan poms, gear bag, year end award.

Wtih self-worth and discipline, We will strive to achieve pride, confedince and a positive reputation for homeschooling. With efforts of everyone on the team, we will work as a unit by respecting and listineing to each member of our team within the context of differing levels of experience, abilities, and personalities.

As pep team member you learn the call back cheers. and chants and help the cheer leaders at the games with game spirit. you will work together with the cheer team to make posters and signs for the games. And help with community service activities.
